Processing Time

• All prints are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for printing, signing, and careful packaging before dispatch.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

• A1 prints are rolled by hand in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a rigid, 3–4 inch diameter cardboard tube with secure plastic end caps to ensure safe delivery.

• Each print is signed, numbered, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• UK Mainland: Royal Mail Special Delivery / Courier service. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• Europe: Tracked International Delivery. Estimated 5–10 business days.

• Worldwide: Tracked International Delivery. Estimated 7–14 business days depending on destination.

 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
Tracking & Insurance

• All shipments are tracked and insured for the full value of the artwork.

• Tracking information will be provided by email.

Returns & Damages

• Due to the limited edition nature of the artwork, returns are only accepted in cases of damage in transit.

• If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes

• Prints should be handled with clean, dry hands.

• It is recommended to allow the print to rest flat at a framer’s studio before framing.

• Please do not store prints long-term in the tube.
